Keystone XL protested by oil zombies at Austin City Hall

Protesters dressed as oil zombies gathered at Austin City Hall Monday night to protest the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline plan that is in the works. The plan would carry crude oil from Canada down to Southeast Texas. A decision on the pipeline is expected to be made soon by the
